About Trade & Post

Trade & Post is a community-driven marketplace built on a simple idea: money isn't the only currency. Whether you're clearing out a closet, hunting down a hard-to-find collectible, or looking to turn items you no longer need into something you actually want, Trade & Post gives you a single place to list items for sale, propose fair trades, or combine cash and trades to close a deal that works for everyone.

The platform is designed for everyday people — collectors, hobbyists, families, students, and bargain hunters — who want a transparent, human way to exchange goods without the friction of shipping-only marketplaces or the fees of traditional resale apps. Every member starts with a five-star rating, transactions are anchored to real people and real reviews, and safety guidance is built into every meetup touchpoint so exchanges happen in public spaces, on your terms.

Trade & Post is built and maintained by an independent team passionate about keeping peer-to-peer commerce local, fair, and trustworthy. We believe the best deals happen neighbor to neighbor, and we're committed to continuously improving the tools, filters, and protections that make trading with strangers feel a little less strange. This is a marketplace where your stuff has value — and so does the person on the other side of the deal.
